How is the invitation e-card sent?
Once your e-card is finalized, we will provide you with a unique link that can be easily shared with your guests via WhatsApp, social media, or any messaging platform of your choice. The link would look similar to this: e-Card invitation example
What is meant by 'Custom Guest Link'?
Custom Guest Link is the ability to customize the e-card invitation to include the names of your guests. By choosing our A La Deluxe plan, each guest can have their name featured on the e-card invitation. To proceed with this customization, we would require from you a list of all the guests' names + their respective number of attendees. Can I request a list of attendees who have sent their reply?
Absolutely! We provide you with a list of attendees who have replied, including those who have confirmed their attendance and those who are unable to make it. This list is conveniently organized in an Excel format, offering clear visibility into your guest count and their responses.
Is it possible to preview the e-card before it's done?
Yes! We understand the importance of perfection, which is why we offer the opportunity to preview your e-card before finalizing it. Once the initial design is crafted, we'll provide you with a preview, and if any modifications are needed within the required format, we're capable of making the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
What do we need from you to create your unique e-card?
  1. 1. 5 to 7 high-resolution images that capture your love story
  2. 2. The full names of both the groom and the bride
  3. 3. (Optional) Location and time of the wedding ceremony, if applicable
  4. 4. The date, location, and exact time of your wedding venue
  5. 5. Details of your gift registry including your account number
  6. 6. Your preferred choice of music: 1 for each version
  7. 7. The attendance confirmation cutoff date to help you manage reservations
  8. 8. Your email address and phone number for communication purposes
When should we send you all the details?
Ideally, it would be best if you could send us all the details, including pictures, at least one month before the specified cutoff date. This allows us to review and prepare according to your needs!
